Honestly this is really no news at all. Based on the supposed leaked specs of the Revolution system it would only make sense that it would be cheaper (also adding to the fact that it is being released almost a full year later). But this news is somewhat disappointing also, in all honesty I was hoping that the Revolution would be somewhere in the price of $149 to $199, which would be entirely possible for Nintendo to do. And I think it would make sense, since if the price was at that point It would make it possible for many people to buy it as a second next-gen system. I believe that in this next gen war, the key for Nintendo will be to have consumers think of Revolution of an entirely different entertainment device from Xbox360 and PS3, so as to be able to still sell the product to all the people who have both those systems and the loyal Nintendo fans. Keeping the price down of the Revolution will be the key for Nintendo, and I believe even taking a manufacturing cost hit from selling it at a loss will benefit them in the end, for the reason I stated above.
